These terms govern use of the public Beyflo demo funnel. A signed customer or referral agreement controls any paid implementation, subscription, or referral relationship.

Using the funnel
You may use the funnel to learn about Beyflo, try a demonstration, and submit a legitimate business inquiry, partner application, or referral. You must be at least 18 and may not use the site to violate law, invade another person’s privacy, submit false or harmful content, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
AI and recording notice
Browser and telephone voice demos use an AI assistant. The assistant is instructed to identify itself, disclose recording for quality assurance and training, and wait for affirmative permission before continuing. Do not continue a recorded demo if you do not agree; use the typed or email alternative instead.
Demonstration only
Demo output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not professional, legal, financial, or emergency advice. A public demo is not a live integration, dispatch system, or emergency service. Call 911 or the appropriate local service for an emergency.
Referral program
Public referral terms are a program summary. Submission does not create a partnership, guarantee approval, establish attribution, or earn a reward. Eligibility and payment are controlled by the formal agreement and the terms accepted for the applicable program version.
Availability and ownership
We may update, suspend, or discontinue public demo features. Beyflo owns the site, branding, and demo materials, excluding content you submit and third-party materials. You grant us permission to process submitted content only as reasonably needed to operate the funnel and respond, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the public funnel is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited. Customer service levels, fees, renewals, cancellation, warranties, and liability are governed by the applicable signed agreement.
