Industry AI receptionist demos
Test an AI receptionist for your industry.
Start talking or texting without choosing a card first. The AI asks what you want to test, then runs the industry demo you say out loud.
Start the voice demo
Follow the AI agent's instructions. After a brief recording-consent question, tell it whether you want to try the demo or hear more about Beyflo. If you choose the demo, it will ask which industry you want to try: real estate, property management, dental, or home services.
AI and recording notice: Voice demos identify the receptionist as an AI assistant and ask for permission before continuing. Calls are recorded and may be used for quality assurance and training.

Voicemail, an answering service, or a mapped AI receptionist?
| What the caller needs | Voicemail | Typical answering service | Beyflo AI receptionist |
|---|---|---|---|
| Answers when your team cannot | Records a message after the caller does the explaining. | A person answers and follows the script the service has on file. | Answers by voice or text using the hours and call coverage you approve. |
| Asks useful follow-up questions | The caller decides what details to leave. | Usually captures the fields included in a message-taking script. | Follows a mapped path for the caller's intent, urgency, and next step. |
| Handles business questions safely | Cannot answer questions. | Shares the approved information available to the operator. | Answers from approved business knowledge and hands off instead of guessing. |
| Moves the request to the next step | Someone on your team reviews and returns the message later. | Typically sends a message or transfers the call when the script allows. | Can send a summary, alert the right person, offer a calendar link, or route the call by your rules. |
| Fits your real call flow | Uses one greeting for nearly every caller. | Depends on the scripts and options included with the service. | Is mapped, tested, and approved around your caller lanes before live routing. |
Answering services vary, so confirm their exact scripting, transfer, scheduling, and integration options. Beyflo is custom scoped too: the demo shows the conversation style, while your mapped draft defines what the live receptionist may answer and do.
What is a missed call actually costing your business?
Your estimate
Revenue at risk per year
$66,560
≈ 416 missed calls per year
≈ 8.3 customers or deals slipping away
This is your math, not ours: the estimate uses only the numbers you set on the left. Click through and it rides along with your request.

Try the demo first. Map the business after.
Start the demo
The AI asks what you want to test, so you do not need to choose an industry before the conversation starts.
Talk to the demo
Use the web voice preview, typed chat, or phone number to test it like a real caller would.
Map your business
Once the demo makes sense, send your actual services, questions, alerts, and handoff rules.
Approve and launch
You approve the custom flow before anything touches your live phone, then we tune from real calls.
The things you should ask before letting an AI answer your phone.
01What if the receptionist says something wrong to a caller?
Every build gets safe-answer boundaries: topics the receptionist is allowed to cover, and topics it must hand off instead of improvising. It is tested with sample calls first, and nothing touches your live phone line until you have reviewed and approved the full call flow.
02What happens when it can't answer a caller's question?
It does not guess. The escalation rules you approve decide what happens next: capture the caller's details and best callback time, send you a text alert, or route the call to the right person on your team. Either way you get a clean summary of what the caller wanted.
03Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Beyflo voice calls begin by identifying the receptionist as an AI assistant. When recording is enabled, the opening also says the call is being recorded and may be used for quality assurance and training, then asks for permission before continuing. The rest of the greeting and workflow are part of the script you approve before launch.
04Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Connecting phone routing is the last step of the build, and it works with the number and phone setup you already use. Until you approve the flow, the receptionist only exists in previews like the one on this page — completely separate from your live line.
05Can it book appointments into my calendar or CRM?
Yes. Handoffs can go to text alerts, email summaries, calendar links, your CRM, dispatch, front desk, or a callback queue. You also set the booking rules, including which calls can schedule directly and which need staff review.
06How is an AI receptionist different from an answering service?
A traditional answering service usually takes a message from a fixed script. A Beyflo AI receptionist is mapped to the caller journeys you approve so it can ask useful follow-up questions, answer allowed FAQs, qualify the request, and send the next step to the right place. Your handoff rules still decide when a person should take over.
07Can it follow up after a missed call?
Yes. A mapped flow can capture the caller's reason, contact details, urgency, and preferred next step, then send a text or email confirmation and alert the right person on your team. For real estate, that can include the property, buying or selling intent, timeline, and requested showing window.
08How much does it cost?
Every build is scoped to your industry, call lanes, routing rules, and integrations. Try the demo first, then request the mapped draft. You see exactly what the receptionist will handle before you commit to anything.
