Notice at collection

We collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, industry, business needs, referral details, form answers, and demo-chat messages. We use it to provide the requested demo or mapped draft, respond to you, review referral eligibility, prevent abuse, operate the funnel, and keep business records.

We also collect basic internet activity and device information such as page and button events, approximate source or campaign parameters, browser type, IP address in server logs, and a randomly generated session identifier. Optional Meta advertising measurement is off until you accept it and remains off when a supported browser privacy signal is present.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card data, or other sensitive personal information in a public demo or notes field.

How we collect and use information

• Information you provide: to deliver and follow up on demos, mapping requests, partner applications, and referrals.
• Voice-demo data: audio, transcripts, call metadata, and any information said during a demo, after the AI and recording notice and your affirmative permission.
• First-party service analytics: to understand whether the funnel works, diagnose errors, prevent fraud, and improve usability.
• Optional advertising measurement: if accepted, to measure campaigns and understand whether an ad led to a demo or inquiry.

Who receives information

We disclose information only as needed to operate Beyflo, fulfill your request, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction. Provider categories may include:

• Vercel for funnel hosting and delivery.
• Postgres hosting for form and event records.
• Vapi and telephony providers for voice demos and call handling.
• Resend and Twilio for requested or operational communications.
• Meta for optional advertising measurement only when you have accepted optional tracking.
• Google Analytics for optional public-funnel traffic measurement only when you have accepted optional tracking.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or transaction participants when reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Optional disclosure to Meta for advertising measurement may be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some privacy laws.

Cookies, tracking, and California signals

The funnel uses local or session storage for your optional-cookie choice and a random first-party session identifier. It may also use essential storage required for security or signed-in portal features. The public demo remains usable when optional tracking is declined.

Google Analytics is loaded only after optional tracking is accepted. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled.

We treat a supported Global Privacy Control signal or browser “Do Not Track” value of 1 as a direction not to load optional advertising measurement. Legacy Do Not Track signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry; our optional advertising tools are off by default regardless.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including follow-up, referral attribution, service records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and relationship. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw from future non-transactional communications. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

California residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete, limit certain uses of sensitive information, opt out of sale or sharing, and receive equal service where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies. Beyflo does not represent that it currently meets the statutory thresholds that make every CCPA obligation applicable; we honor supported browser opt-out signals for optional advertising measurement regardless.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. To make a privacy request, email admin@beyflo.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.

Children

The funnel is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Policy changes and contact

We will post material updates here and change the date above. Our practices are governed by the version in effect when information is handled; continued browsing alone does not waive rights provided by law.
